1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes ✅, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. You can pay for your order when it is delivered to your doorstep.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags. Please share an unboxing video and clear product photos when requesting a return.

5. What items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/personalized jewelry

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)

6. When will I get my refund?

  • Prepaid orders: Refund is credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is provided as a gift card, wallet balance, or discount coupon.
