Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong product.
Refunds will be processed in the form of a Gift Card or Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
If the product is not delivered within 90 days, you may raise a complaint.
Upon verification and investigation, we will initiate a refund as per our policy.
